Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Parcel
Carefully pack your items in the original box with sufficient padding to prevent breakage, ensuring the fragrance bottles are securely sealed.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
